Tip: Not sure which plan is right for you? Start with a lower-tier plan and upgrade as needed. You can change your subscription at any time.
Billing cycles and payment options
WasenderApi offers flexible billing options to suit your preferences:

We accept payments through Paddle:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Other payment methods supported by Paddle in your region
Upgrading or downgrading your plan
You can change your subscription plan at any time through your account settings:
How to upgrade
- Log in to your WasenderApi account
- Go to "Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm your payment details
- Click "Confirm Upgrade"
Your plan will be upgraded immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
How to downgrade
- Log in to your WasenderApi account
- Go to "Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click "Downgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Click "Confirm Downgrade"
Your plan will be downgraded at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for mid-cycle downgrades.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change will take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No, our monthly plans have no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
We do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
