Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WasenderApi's website, products, and services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WasenderApi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
API Terms
Customers may access their WasenderApi account data via an API (Application Program Interface). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses WasenderApi, is bound by these Terms of Service.
You expressly understand and agree that WasenderApi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the API or any third-party products that access data via the API.
Abuse or excessively frequent requests to WasenderApi via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. WasenderApi, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading
A valid credit card or payment method is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
If you initially sign up for a paid plan, and you don't cancel that plan before the end of your trial period, you will be billed for the first month of your subscription immediately following the end of the trial period. For prorated plans or upgrades, billing occurs instantly and you will be charged the prorated amount immediately.
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of your initial payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within this period. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:
• If the user has violated the Terms of Service, including: Sending spam, bulk messages, or any content that violates our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: pornographic content, misleading information, confidential data, unlawfully obtained information, advertisements for alcohol/tobacco/drugs, or any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• If the account has been suspended due to a breach of service rules or security policies.
• If the refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund window, unless there are legitimate technical issues that our support team could not resolve.
• In the case of enterprise subscriptions or special offers that are subject to customized terms.
We believe in fairness and transparency, and we will always review each case carefully to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our system from misuse.
After the initial 7-day refund period, the service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused time with an active account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card or payment method that you provided will be charged the new rate instantly, with proration applied immediately.
WasenderApi is not liable for any actions taken by payment providers (such as PayPal, Paddle, or banks), including but not limited to account holds, bans, or transaction refusals. Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly with the payment provider.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen or by using the account deletion option available on the Settings page.
All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
WasenderApi, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other WasenderApi service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
WasenderApi reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the WasenderApi Site or the Service itself.
WasenderApi shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
WhatsApp Usage Compliance and Disclaimer
You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy when using our Service to interact with the WhatsApp platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through our platform comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp's policies regarding spam, solicitation, and content restrictions.
WasenderApi and its Services are not supported, endorsed, or affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. in any way.
You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using our Service, including potential account bans or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp Inc. WasenderApi is not responsible for any inability to access WhatsApp, your WhatsApp account, or our Service due to actions taken by WhatsApp Inc., changes to WhatsApp's APIs, or your violation of WhatsApp's terms.
WasenderApi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated WhatsApp's policies or applicable laws.
You acknowledge that WhatsApp may change its policies, APIs, or access requirements at any time, which may affect our Service. WasenderApi is not responsible for any such changes made by WhatsApp.
WasenderApi is not responsible for any software, policy, or security changes made by WhatsApp Inc. that may affect the operation of the Service or cause its temporary or permanent suspension.
User Obligations and Consent
You must obtain prior consent from any recipient before sending messages using our Service, in any form (oral, written, email, etc.).
You acknowledge that you have obtained explicit consent (oral, written, or electronic) from the recipient before sending any message, and that you bear full responsibility for this.
You are solely responsible for the content and legality of all messages sent through our Service.
The customer is strictly prohibited from sending any message that falls under the following categories:
• Spam or bulk messages.
• Messages that may cause malfunction of the Developer's equipment.
• Messages sent via pornographic or other reprehensible messengers.
• Messages that mislead users, such as those sent from someone else's name or giving false information.
• Transmitting inaccurate or confidential information.
• Transfer of information that has been unlawfully obtained by the Customer and/or violates the copyrights or related rights of third parties.
• Advertising alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or other illegal means.
• Transmission of information that violates the norms of the current legislation or international law.
You must not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
WasenderApi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: use or inability to use the Service; actions taken by WhatsApp Inc. or payment providers; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or any other matter relating to the Service.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Copyright and Content Ownership
All content posted on the Service must comply with U.S. copyright law.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
WasenderApi does not pre-screen content, but reserves the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.

General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.
You understand that WasenderApi uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, WasenderApi, or any other WasenderApi service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by WasenderApi.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any WasenderApi customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
