Free trial duration and message limits
What the trial includes
The free trial lasts three days. It is intended to help you connect a session and test your integration before choosing a subscription.
Trial sending is limited to one message per minute and 50 messages per daily limit window. These limits apply to the trial account, so multiple sessions do not each receive a separate allowance.
If you reach a limit
The API returns HTTP 429 when a sending limit is reached. Use the response’s retry_after value to determine when to try again. Queue your tests instead of repeatedly retrying immediately.
The daily limit uses a timed window; do not assume it resets at midnight in your timezone.
Need more time?
Contact [email protected] to request an extension to a total of seven days. Include your account email and what you still need to test. Extensions require confirmation from support and are not automatic.
